French Animation Film Festival

Alliance Française Palmerston North is proud to introduce the French Animation Film Festival: a series of screenings for children, at Focal Point Cinema!

Screening of a different movie every day at 3.30 pm, from Monday 11 to Friday 15 October.

Child $15, AF members $12.50, Adults $18, AF members $15
Family Pass* $58, AF family membership $47 (valid for 2 adults + 2 children OR 1 adult + 3 children)

Screening in French with English subtitles.

About the Festival:

This festival is organised in Palmerston North as part of the French "Fête du Cinema d'Animation", from the 13th to the 31st of October.

Originally created by the AFCA (Association Française du Cinéma d'Animation), it is organised each year in France and around the world by the Institut Français and local French cultural organisations. 

This festival aims at promoting French Animation Films and their authors. 

This year for the first time, the festival is brought to you by Alliance Française Palmerston North together with the French Embassy, the Institut Français and Focal Point Cinema.
