French Film Night - September

Join us for our monthly French Film Night on Friday 30 September at Globe Theatre.

The film "Tokyo Shaking" will be screened with English subtitles.

In March 2011, the largest tsunami in Japan's history triggered the Fukushima nuclear disaster. Newly transferred to Tokyo from Hong Kong, French executive Alexandra (Karin Viard) finds herself in the middle of the confusion and panic of the crisis.

While government officials scramble to assess the full extent of the damage, local media downplays the disaster.
