During September, we are offering you a series of events centered around New Caledonian culture and art, for you to discover and learn more about "Le Caillou''.

A New Caledonian food sampling and glass of wine will be served at 7pm, before the start of the screening at 8pm, at the Globe Theatre.

→Photography exhibition

A selection of photographs from the serie "Les réalisateurs du Caillou" by Clotilde Richalet Szuch will be displayed at the Globe Theatre  during the New Caledonia Season.

Clothilde took portraits of New Caledonian movie directors and photographed them in different locations, chosen by each of them for their symbolism.

Come and try the New Caledonian inspired video game "Tchia"!

A self-service game station will be set up at your Alliance Française Palmerston North for you to try for free.
Follow Tchia on an adventure of self-discovery, in a very visual open-world, inspired by the tropical paradise of New Caledonia. You can unlock new abilities, make friends and explore the beautiful landscape of the island.

Marie Murtini's shows

Marie Murtini, a multidisciplinary New Caledonian artist, has been invited by the Alliance Françaises to tour New Zealand in September 2023.

The Alliance Française Palmerston North is proud to host Marie Murtini at the Globe Theatre for several performances of three shows on Monday 25 and Tuesday 26 September.
