KiwiBank Local Hero Award

Recently, our administrator, Isabelle Poff-Pencolé was nominated for a KiwiBank Local Hero Award (Manawatu region) and was consequently presented a KiwiBank Local Hero medal. 

The KiwiBank Local Hero Award is part of the Kiwibank New Zealander of the Year Awards and "celebrates those people who use their passion for New Zealand to make our country a better place".

Unequivocally, Isabelle's work at the Alliance Francaise de Palmerston North makes a tangible and positive contribution to the nature of francophonie in the Manawatu region. Her passionate dedication to our organisation and its values ensure that our offerings are relevant, engaging, and of a scale that adequately serves our community. 

Of course, we would like to thank the community for continuing to support our endeavors. Importantly, we would like thank those who recognized Isabelle's contribution and took the time to nominate her for such a prestigious award.
